We are situated at the Penthouse floor in an old protected house,
which is placed directly in the center of Køge, opposite the City Hall.
For a few selected trading houses, we act as exclusive brokers for various commodities, mainly within minerals, project cargoes, forest products and also delicate cargoes.
Especially within the mineral trade we are moving substantial volumes, mainly within the Baltic Sea.
For a small number of Owners we act as exclusive chartering managers for a number of vessels ranging in size from 1.000 Dwat to 3.900 Dwat.
Some vessels are employed on a world wide basis but the smaller tonnage mainly within Europe. Our vessels are mainly owned and technically maintained by former Seamen which gives very good trading standards and our vessels are benefitting from a very good reputation with all the major international trading houses.
SALE AND PURCHASE OF DRYCARGO TONNAGE
The general business idea for our shipowners are to make opportunity purchases with the right timing and at the right price. Often the purchases are distress sales, several vessel has been acquired on Public Auction and some from Lay-Up / out of class positions. Our Sale and Purchase activities solely concentrate on the basis of locating attractive deals towards our principals, both on the purchasing as well as on the selling side.
